We
are involved in servicing our customers twofold:
1. By being a pure play quality auditor for inspection and approval of products (components, assemblies, designs, machines and systems). This service involves quality audit of products for our customers.
2. By being part of the sourcing process – we help in identifying the supplier / suppliers for the product(s) to be manufactured in India.
Quality Audit Services
As part of Nava’s independent third-party inspection and
quality assurance
services, the following services are offered -- Factory Audits, Raw Material
Inspection, Initial Production Check, In Production Check, Random Inspection
and Loading Supervision directly on-site at the supplier's location in
India.
Our detailed manufacturing process flowcharts, control plans and inspection / Statistical Process Chart (SPC) plans aid in arriving at the most cost effective inspection methodology. Our engineers work with the customer’s personnel to arrive at the most appropriate inspection methods.
The actual inspection
process may be a simple visit to the customer or may involve extensive
onsite and offsite analysis of samples.
Sourcing, Technical Support & Liaison Services
As a local representative of our customer, we oversee the project through
the complete procurement process and ensure compliance with quality
standards – starting from design to final product.
In short, Nava becomes your single source for inspection and initial product
sourcing for a wide range of made to print industrial components and
assemblies that are manufactured in India and require multiple manufacturing
processes such as forging, casting, machining, heat treatment, surface
finishing and assembly.
Our detailed selection process ensures that the best of suppliers, in terms
of quality and price are selected. This enables us to
monitor project
execution and ability to provide quick and accurate feedback to our
customers. A supplier backup is maintained in order to avoid any disruption
in the supply of parts.
Activities involved in this process are product management, quality
personnel to fully comprehend part prints, product performance
specifications, vendor selection, certification, development and approval of
pre-production samples/ tooling, and product testing.
